The latest excitement in the Johnson family was our recent trip to AZ. We had kind of a lame Christmas (Matt worked a lot) and it is freakin' freezing in St. Louis and we've been talking about visiting friends in Arizona for literally years. So we just bit the bullet and did it - it was great! Arizona is like a different planet compared to Missouri. The weather is better and there are a lot more cacti. Actually there's more friends there too. We got to see Melissa and the lovely Chloe, Clark/Margaret and Booker/Tiechert, and Ked-Andy and Mags. Highlights of the trip included Cafe Rio, driving around in the rented convertible and of course seeing people we haven't seen in a few years. It is crazy how much can change in just two or three years. Hopefully it won't be so long before we see these favorite people again! Come visit us in St. Louis g
